Posting video?

I have a video attachment on an e-mail of a survivor from the Texas - Luby's shooting testifying against the assault weapons ban.

I don't know if this has been seen before, but it is VERY good.

I know how to post pics via a hosting site.
How do you post or link a video?

You can host a video on Photobucket, Putfile, youtube...lots of options out there...then post the link they give you.
