Powder measure and static electicity !!!!

Hello, is it true that static electricity can influence powder measure? If so, a sheet of fabric softener might help?
I have RCBS Uniflow and i use unique powder. Should i pass a sheet of fabric softener in the tube and in the rotor?

More than likely that will fix it, yes.

I just keep a new, unused, dryer sheet rolled up in my resovoior when I am not using it. Seems to work for me. Be sure to remove it before you pour in the powder or it can get real messy.
