I blended the crap out of the barrel bushing and gave the slide a once over "melt" nothing crazy, just enough to keep thing snag free. The mainspring housing needed A LOT of work to get rid of the old MSH pin hole. I got it because it was cheap on ebay... would have been worth while to spend a little more for the EB part. If working with a pistol made by Fusion I'm assuming they would have made the frame without the original hole.

This is an interesting thread to me and well done on the completing the project ... very nice. I plan on "bobtailing" a Kimber Stainless Pro Raptor II using an Ed Brown stainless MSH along with swapping out all the MIM for Ed Brown parts, followed by Cerakote.
