Pt 138 Taurus Light Primer Strikes

As the Title says, I have a used pt138 that gives me very light primer strikes. Often I get fail to fire(store bought ammo). When I cycle the slide I find a round that has a tiny dimple on it.

I sometimes get a firing with the second strike ability, but that too is 'hit' or miss.

Any advice?

Ill start out with, and this is very very important......I don't know taurus's.

That said..... Do you have to let the trigger go fully forward like on a keltec p32? Reason I ask is on my keltec if I don't let the trigger reset fully it will light strike. I doubt they use the samesetup, but this sounds very familiar to the issue I had with my keltec..so I figure it can't hurt to suggest?

Other than something like that, id say send 'er back to miami.
