Those kids deserve to get shot. I am not a big fan of bums but impersonating officers and kidnapping people as a joke is pretty sick. I am gonna hope some LEOs see that and can check the license plate in the last part of the film when they throw the man in a dumpster.

Criminals carry EVERYWHERE (even *gasp* in the gun free utopias of Chicago, D.C. and NYC).

Personally I'd prefer to see them ventilated. Criminals killing criminals doesn't bother me at all.

Its funny how difficult it is for a jury to convict someone of impersonation. We bring them in (although rarely, it doesn't happen very often here in GA) and regardless of how good the impersonation case is, juries are hesitant most of the time.
