Question about AK windage adjustment.

I recently bought a Yugo AK underfolder and attempted to sight it in. I've adjusted the windage as far as possible by moving the front sight post, but I'm still not quite on target.

Does anyone know if the barrel can be rotated in the receiver, or the front sight rotated on the barrel to get extra windage adjustment?
