Question About Federal American AE223 Ammo

Ok, I see some different boxes of Federal American Eagle 223 55gr FMJ ammo.
Tactical AE223 Comes in a black box
Some comes in a red box, like AE223AF
I have also heard of AE223J

Anyone have any idea what the letters after AE223... mean?

Is it just they way it is packaged?
Is there any difference in the actual ammo?

AF is on stripper clips, N is 62gr FMJ BT, G is Jacketed Hollow Point, AE223 is 55gr FMJ BT, etc

So same exact ammo, just different packaging.
And I see now that some the red box with the eagle seems to be jacketed hollow point,a nd others the FMJ. Maybe websites just put up the wrong picture.

No the ammo is different depending on the code, packaging varies and some websites do put up the wrong picture even worse I've seen the wrong description for the part number listed. Most web sites get it right. Best place to check is the mfg website.
