Question about ICORE Speed loader holders

Hello THR!

So I have decided to get into ICORE.
Currently I shoot IDPA, USPSA, and Multi gun, but I have an itching to get into SA and DA revolver shooting.

I have an old Model 10 (circa 1936) that should work, but what I want to know about is how to carry my HKS Speed loaders.

I know that Comp III speed loaders are faster, but I have a bunch of HKS and don't want to spend money until I know I like it.

I thought I could just put two rounds of the speed loader into a bullet loop belt slide and call it good.

I looked at the ICORE rules and it says that reloads must come from the belt.

Anybody know if my idea would work?

The rule, as written, is pretty open. It only indicates the holders need to be attached to the belt. It doesn't say anything about the nature of the holders. Technically, then, I can't see a problem, so long as the holders are secure and hold the loaders securely. It'd be best to ask the match director beforehand, though, via email.

Even if there is some technicality against it, I doubt they will run off a new shooter because of it.
