Question about my new shotgun...

Hesitant to post this here, because I'll have to endure some criticism about my choice of shotgun, but I have a question. Hopefully a kind high roader can help me out with information about my new shotgun. I've been wanting my first shotgun for a while now, and I could only afford myself a norinco 98 (870 clone).

It looks like at least 4 shots could fit in the tube. I can only get 2 in there. Is this a typical configuration for this gun? (2+1) or am I doing something wrong. Thanks.

there's a plug in the mag tube to keep the capacity down for migratory bird hunting. remove it.

Since the Norinco is a close "Clone" of the Remington 870, Remington owner's manuals will serve.

If you can't shake the plug out of the magazine tube after taking it apart, just load shells in until they push the plug out enough to grab it and pull it the rest of the way. (It's best to take the shells out before reassembling everything.)
