I have an SP101 I bought a couple of years ago without an internal lock. Do current production DA Rugers also not have a lock?

I think this is the case since on the website under the .45 semi-auto P345, they explicity state that there is a lock. Can someone please confirm?

My understanding is that new S&W and Taurus's have an integral frame-mounted lock. Has there been word whether Ruger will follow suit (if I am correct in assuming they currently still do not have a lock)?

The New Vaqueros and New Model flat-tops do have internal locks. No others revolvers in Ruger's line have them. I'm thinking this may change in '06 to keep thier products in some restrictive markets though. Any new models introduced this past year did incorporate a lock.

Thanks! G.S. would be Gene Simmons. Most know him as the guy with the tongue in the band Kiss. Always been a fan of the band. Have read his books and must say he's a very well spoken and intelligent man with some very clear views on things. Some different views but I really like his straight up tell it like it is manner. The quote was in one of his books, I liked it and decided it would be a cool sig.
