Radios and Headsets

I use a Motorola FRS radio all the time when hunting. While the earbud and clip on mic work, they have several major drawbacks. I went searching the web recently for some alternatives. I was looking for some of the super cool - super tactical stuff that CT, SWAT, SRT, etc. use. I found that stuff and it’s very expensive but I also found this (http://iasus-concepts.com/noise_terminator/nt2_new/nt_sniper.html). It seems to have everything I’m looking for so naturally I’m a little leery.

Does anyone have any experience with this particular product or anything like it? Is there something better or a better solution I should be looking at?

motocom can prolly make a set with ear buds instead of the velcro on ear speakers

The Jabra stuff looks much like what I'm using now.

I've been thinking about throat mics because I'm hoping they will pic up wispers well and stay out the way of my bow string.
