Rae or The Ozark Mountain Arms "Wildcat" .22 Rifle

Looking for someone with experience with this 22 rifle built in Ozark MO. Another company also built the earlier models in Kansas. I cannot figure out how to get the bolt assembly out, and I believe there may be a couple of parts missing from looking at the low quality exploded parts list. I have broken all they down except the bolt assembly. The bolt was locked up, but soaking it loosened the bolt up, but it still will not lock back and trigger does not seem to be working correctly before or after tear down and rebuild.
