I inquired about this several months ago, but perhaps someone has seen something helpful in the meantime?

I've got a Taurus Model 444 - the Raging Bull in .44 Magnum. While the recoil is quite tolerable with the factory grips I find they just don't fit my hands well. I bought a spare grip from Taurus and sanded down the red liner on the rear which helped somewhat but the issue I have is more with the width and contour of the grips than with the front to rear dimension.

I've searched high and low for aftermarket grips and come up empty handed. The grips on other Taurus revolvers I've tried felt much more comfortable to me - such as the standard Model 44. Not a real fan of the 'ribber' grips on the Judge revolvers, though.

Cutting to the chase - do any of the other Taurus revolvers share a grip frame with the Raging Bull? As a last ditch - does anyone know of any other model's grips (despite manufacturer) that could be made to work? I'm trying my best to keep liking this gun but unless I can find better-fitting grips I'll have to get rid of it because I never want to shoot it.

I know of none. start bow hunting with an eighty pound recurve and maybe your fingers will stretch out and solve the problem.

if ya do find another grip though let us all know about it please.
