Just got back from the range. I shot my Beretta Jetfire (.25 ACP) for the first time. I got it used last friday for $150, and I think I got a pretty darn good little gun...
I fired 152 rounds, 60 were Speer GoldDot 35 gr, and the rest were Winchester 50 gr FMJs. Both worked well, I didn't have any failures of any kind.
In fact, it shoots great for a mouse gun. I was able to consistantly hit 20 oz pop bottles at about 10 yards.
I shot a few rounds into some 2 liter pop bottles that I filled with water in an attmept to catch some Golddots and see if they expanded. I was only able to recover one bullet, and it did not expand. But looking at the holes in the bottles, it looks like some of the bullets I didn't recover did expand. I'm not 100% sure about that, they could have just turned sideways and that would account for the larger "exit wound". But if we assume that they did expand, I'd say about 50% of the rounds fired expaned. I'm not too impressed with the factory Gold Dots in this caliber, but I might be able to do better with handloads.
Yup, you heard right, I'm crazy enough to reload for .25 Auto. And according to speers website, I sould be able to get higher velocitys with handloads than I do with the factory stuff:

Overall, on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give the Jetfire a 9, maybe even a 9 1/2. It is accurate and reliable, not to mention small and light. I also like the tip-up barrel. The only downsides are that it seems to get really dirty really fast, and it's a .25 ACP. But for what I bought it for (small mousegun to back up my larger guns) it should work very well. I would recomend the Jetfire to anyone looking for a small .25
