You had one job: send me EVERYTHING in the kit you listed online. It took you 7 days to finally respond to my requests for a status update, 14 days for you to send me a tracking number (which was the entirety of the aforementioned response), and another 4 days on top of that to actually give the thing to the postal service to deliver. I finally had the opportunity to open the package you sent me, delivered 20 days after I placed the order, and it's missing the barrel. Here's hoping you respond to my latest service request and get me that missing barrel, before i'm too old to use it.

(vendor name deliberately omitted until resolution is achieved.)
