Raw AR 14 receiver sets, Where?

I find a large array of raw 80% AR 15 lowers. But the raw uppers seem hard to find. Or at least finding something under $100. Any one know who's got them?

I'm set up to anodize so working with raw receiver sets can save a lot of $$$ and I can personalize builds.

You can go billet, just need a big enough block of Al.

I don't see a market for "80%" uppers and I'd be surprised if there are any for sale. The main reason for someone to buy an 80% lower is to to have an off the books rifle. Very few people have the skill, machining or desire to complete an upper. As for me, my time has worth and if it takes more than half an hour to complete an upper, it's not worth it.

I believe the OP is looking for uppers that require machining to complete, not just anodizing or applying a coat of finish. Maybe I'm wrong.

Hey BF! I am impressed and very grateful! $20 for a stripped raw upper is what I would have called "Unobtanium"! I know it's the 1st of the year but hey, this is by far the best thing that has happened to me all year! Many appreciations Sir! I've got the stack of stuff that I'm sure many of us have from numerous builds and re-builds. I decided it was time to get rid of a lot of this. Not sure what will come out of the "budget" builds, but I know I'll enjoy the space. when they're done.
