RCBS Hand Primer Issue

I have a RCBS hand primer that I've been using for about 8-9 years now. It's developed a problem where it feels like something is binding inside or something and you can feel a pop when the ram gets about halfway up.

I took it apart and can't see anything obvious. After putting it back together, it seems normally for 15 or so cases and then goes back to doing the same thing Any idea on what I may have going on?

Ever lube the moving parts inside the handle?

I haven't. What do you lube? I know I wouldn't want anything to get on the primers and cause ftf.

What do you lube?

Depends on which style, but any parts that move against each other. Mainly the part that goes into the handle and rotates and where it contacts the seater stem above that. I usually light wipe the seater stem with slightly oily fingers as well.
