I want to speed up my rifle reloading and keep Sd/es low.

i am using varget and H4895/IMR4895 to load 308 win, 223, and 30-06 (garand)

my method is to drop the charge and trickle up on my beam scale (accurate to .1gn) but it averages about 30 seconds per round and I know there is variation of +\- .1gn

does the match master make for a good upgrade to get the speed and increased accuracy of weight or should I suck it up, save a bit more and get the auto trickler/ holy grail?

I'm going to say spend the money and trigger time in load development finding a tolerant node for charge weight. That extra time at the range will easily give more benifit than one tenth deviation in charge weight. Having good wind reading skills is hands down the most important skill in shooting beyond 200 yard benchrest. Those guys don't fret a tenth either.
To directly answer your question, a regular chargemaster serves most shooting skill levels. Are your shooting skills far above average.

I don’t have the match master but my charge masters have a “feature” (I am not a fan of) where they can change readings without any input from the user.

I have a lot more faith in my old 505 and a photo electric switch, controlling the gear motor on the trickler. Keeps variation in charge weight well inside a tenth, .02 gn with this powder, that’s about what 1 kernel weighs.

“Above average” probably, regrettably most “shooters” we see are not great, i am working on improving, In 1 day local prs matches I am in the upper third (10-15th pace out of 50 shooters)

Context: i dabble in prs when work supports and it seems 2023/2024 should be good years, I will have a monthly prs match, monthly quantified performance style match (prs with a 16” AR) and monthly 1000yd open range days. My kids are enjoying the precision game, right now limited to 1” shoot n see’s at 100 or 3” at 200, and clay pigeons at 200, but soon will have a new range to use that will open the distance significantly

A powder dispenser purchase has two goals, in priority below:
1 speed up reloading from 30-40 seconds per powder drop to something significantly faster (15-20s would be good)
2 increase the precision and consistency of my powder drops

I know the standard charge masters serve well, just curious if the match master vs auto trickler difference justifies the cost between the two

I’ve seen your videos on the cm1500’s and your auto trickler diy kit, another impressive item you have made
