Yes. But, IF you plan to reload to "save money" for one hunting rifle, forget it. Loading components aren't cheap and you need some costly tools to do it. Reload for the accuracy potential and/or the satisfaction or forget it because it's unlikely you will shoot a 25-06 enought to justify the equipment cost, never mind the costs to fix up a place to do it. A good reloading bench can cost as much as the gear, even if you build it yourself!
Don't look to eBay to get any real savings. People today often bid as much as new retail (sometimes more!) for used stuff and then pay high shipping costs too; so bad it gets funny! I believe it's better to get new tools from an honest dealer, especially so for a noob.
All cast iron presses are "built like tanks", no matter the color. ??
