After losing assault weapons ban of 2019, the threat of "Hell yes, we are taking your AR15s and AK47s" has become house bill H.R. 5717 introduced by Hank Johnson (D) and senate bill S.3254 introduced by Elizabeth Warren (D) to ban "Assault Weapons" along with sweeping gun control laws, perhaps hoping to pass them while the public's focus is on coronavirus - https://www.thehighroad.org/index.p...ban-assault-weapons-verdict-confirmed.866474/

Disabled Woman Weak to Coronavirus Issues Message to Politicians Using Pandemic to Push Gun Control - During emergencies and disasters (as clearly demonstrated in recent decades such as hurricanes, floods, riots, etc.) when law enforcement/National Guard cannot maintain law and order, it is up to individual home owners to provide personal protection. Firearms such as ARs/PCCs with larger than pistol capacity magazines give gun owners greater firearms options than pistols. 2A protection must remain to protect ARs/PCCs especially for women, elderly and disabled.
