Dave, That would depend on what load you would be using in your rifle, the B.C. of your bullet.

There are any # of exteriour ballistic programs that after programing the correct parameters will tell you how much lateral drift a particular load exhibits in differing wind speeds.

This scale gives you a way to determine wind speed with visual clues.

it's fairly accurate after you get used to using it.
