I've got Hornady Dies, #35 shell holder, CCI magnum large rifle primers, Sierra 130 Spitzer boat tails bullets, RL19 powder (a few years old) and some once fired Federal brass. Haven't reloaded seriously since the kids were born. Now they are old enough that they might leave me alone long enough for me to concentrate on something. First I have to evict the spiders and try to clean off the bench.
Anybody reloading for 270 WSM here? Recipes? I am using a Nosler 5th ed which was current when I had money to spend on such things. Max load listed is 65.5 gr. RL 19 I've also got some 140 Accu-Bond bullets, side by side with the 130 gr Sierra's they look a lot different. The accubond appears a lot longer.
these are going to feed a Kimber 8400 Classic

Sure they will feed.

The length of the bullet doesn't matter if it will feed or not.

Longer bullets just seat deeper inside the case, but the OAL of the cartridge remains the same.

MAX OAL for the .270 WSM is 2.860".
Anything no longer then that will fit in the magazine and should feed just fine.

Here is current Alliant powder data.

right, yes I was not asking if they would feed in my rifle just saying what type of rifle the ammo was going to be shot through
