Recieved C&R packet today, can't find license

So I got my packet today and I can't tell which one is my license. Does it have my name and address on it or is just a blank form that I can fill out? I got several books, about 5 pieces of lose paper and a firearm record sheet. Where was yours when you got it?

My 03-FFL showed up in the mail first.

Letter attached to the 03-FFL stated the C&R packet would show up 10 days afterwards.

It comes in a blue (sometimes green) envelope. Kinda' looks like junk mail, make sure you didn't overlook it.

You should see it in a couple of days...mine came 3 days after the packet IIRC.

I've received my license one day before and one day after the big info packet. IIRC, they're not mailed from the same facility, thus the difference in shipping times.

In addition to looking like junk mail, it will have absolutely no reference to the BATFE on the outside of the envelope. The return address will say NLC. There will be absolutely no evidence that it has anything to do with firearms. When I got mine I looked at the envelope and said "*** is this?"

It comes from the National Licensing Center, not the BATFE. And, as others have stated, the license itself is a separate mailing than the informational books.

and as soon as it arrives make Copies and only send folks signed copies. put original away in a safe place and bring it out to only make more unsigned copies. .

you may want to get another gunsafe while you are at it.
