So, I know some noobs (naturally cash-strapped) wanting to get into concealed carry.
They are in Shreveport LA, 200 miles east of me, in a different State, so, I'm looking for local information if I can find it to pass along as they go through LA's CHL process.
I've been to Red River, the once, and it was a fine establishment. Mind, I did not need any rentals, so I cannot speak to that (and it was years ago, too).
