For me those that have performed through the hard times:

Brownells
Graffs
RMR reloading.

There are some other big names out there that haven't performed. Their price is cheaper but they can't find their butt's with both hands.

Midway, mid south, and natchez are my primary ones. Each have their advantage.
To be honest I pretty much quit buying when the Idiocracy for into full swing.
I saw it coming so I was well stocked.

RMR is one of my favorites. I love that company. Plus, Jake has helped me out a few times. For example, years ago when they were getting started I needed some 380 bullets. I just happened to miss them. I messaged him and he told me they'd sold out, but he'd had someone return them as they'd thought they were loaded ammo. He ended up pulling these out for me and selling them to me to help me. It's just that kind of customer service that really goes above and beyond.

I also like Precision Delta. I LOVE their 124 grain 9mm bullets. However, I'll admit that I buy them a lot less often than I used to because RMR's price is usually a bit better. So they get my business.

I'm also a big fan of Powder Valley for powder/primers.

While I like Grafs, Midsouth, etc. just fine, I can almost always find what I need cheaper elsewhere. So I rarely order from them.

Another good one is Sage's Reloading.

I'm in MO and am close enough to drive to either Midway or Graf's. Since starting to accumulate reloading supplies in Feb this year, Midway has been able to provide almost 80% of my purchases. If they have it, I can usually pick it up within a few hours of placing my order. None from Grafs in Mexico. Have checked and they never seem to have anything I"m looking for in stock. In normal times, probably great. Just not now.

Another source for me is what used to be the other Graf's in MO, the apparently unaffiliated retail reloading store in St. Charles, which now goes by the name "Full Circle Reloading". Have gotten about 7 pounds of various usable powders from them including Varget, H4350, etc. Not a big store physically.....about the size of my 2 car garage, but lined and packed with shelves that are holding product. Their prices are same or less than Midway or the other Graf's. Only thing they have not had so far is LRP.

I've been satisfied with Scheels lately. If you have one nearby.
Scheels in Loveland did not have gunpowder when I was in Colorado in July. They did have .224 bullets and .308 bullets. I did buy some .350 Legend ammo for use back home in the east so I don't have to shoot shotgun slugs any more. Can't find any of that ammo here at home.

RMR is great. Their 115 gn FMJ bullets are a favorite. I hope they don’t let quality and CS slide as they inevitably grow.

Midsouth and RMR are the only two I have used in years. I don’t know what the shipping is like from Midsouth as I’m close enough to pickup my orders. RMR has incredibly fast shipping and great prices all the time. I can’t shop at Natchez. :(

Graf & Sons, Ballistic Products, Missouri Bullet, Titan Reloading, and even Midway and Brownells.
I must be lucky or timely but have been able to pick up primers, powder, wads at prices I thought were not out of line.
