I am wondering if any of you have experience with reloading for a PM9.

I had a case blow out some time back and I have been very reluctant to use reloads in it again. It has had a diet of Winchester white Box ever since.

I had developed the load using my Sig and thought it was safe. It is not absolutely impossible that I had overcharged the case. But, I don't think I did.

The load should have been 115 gr. West Coast (now X-treme) plated RN, 4.8 grains of W-231, WSP primers, with a COL of 1.166.

At the time, I compared the chamber support to my Sig and found the Kahr having much less support. Recently I compared it to the chamber of a Glock 26 and again found the Kahr having less support.

So, do you have any experience or insight to share?

Thanks

Thanks, I may try it again with a lighter load.

My Speer manual shows Bullseye loads from 4.2 - 4.7 and W231 at 4.5 - 5.0 for their 115 bullets including the TMJ.
According to that, you are running below starting and I am near max. So it just may have been to hot.
