Hey guys,
I've used the search function on THR and Googled this question many times now with no luck.
I've got some Reloder 15 powder I'm hoping to use with some Winchester 55 grain FMJBT bullets (I want to shoot them out of an AR15 with a 1:9 16"). I've combed the net and my reloading handbooks and have found this powder is usually used with heavier .223 rounds (60g and up from my understanding). Anyway, does anyone have a starting load I could use this powder for with 55g's? Or should I just save it for some heavier lead and buy some other powder?
My components are:
55g Winchester FMJBT
.223 Remington brand-new brass
CCI small rifle primers
Shooting them out of a Stag Arms "Model 1" A3 with a 1:9 16" chrome barrel.
Thanks.
