Hey guys,
It's been a long time since i post anything here, so i want to share with you guys the results i got from my new Rem 700 AAC-SD in .308 using a cheap UTG 3-9x32 scope, i called Remington to check on the trigger recall and the lady told me it was not affected and the manufacture date was very recent.
The factory stock is very nice and i don't know if Remington fixed this or i just got lucky but the stock does not touch the barrel when i use a bipod, as some people have reported in the past. extraction was very smooth and i had zero issues. I'm very happy with this rifle and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and accurate rifle. One thing is for sure, with a quality scope this rifle can be way more accurate.
The following groups are shot at 100 yards using nothing more than a bipod. after a quick boresight.
Remington 700 AAC-SD 308 20''
1 Piece Mount with 20 MOA Rise
Harris Bipod
UTG CQB 3-9x32 QuickDetach
Perfecta 308 150gr FMJ
