I’m starting a thread on this revolver as a sort of petition for those of us who feel there’s a large gap between the Army and the Pocket model Remington replicas available to us. I’ll forward the results to the two major replica manufacturers, Pietta and UbertI asking that they consider this undertaking. Please respond with a yes please or no, and a brief statement telling us why we do or don’t need this replica.

I think Pietta is the only one making a Remington spur trigger. I honestly don't see a need for it but I'm sure there's those that do.

That's a New Model Police. Yeah I think there's a place for them. I wouldn't mind having a Colt Police. Again I think Pietta is the only one making them.

Uberti makes the only Police model which is a five shooter like these Remington Police models. Pietta calls its short barreled 36 a police model but it’s built on the Navy frame.

Remington did so many things right with the Police model.

Unless I'm mistaken which is entirely possible the only police model Uberti makes is a Colt.

Pietta does not make a Police model NMA. They make a .36 caliber NMA that is a 6 shot, but on the same frame as the .44 NMA repros, not a 5 shot .36 on a smaller frame
