I keep an eye out for Remington 7400:s and 750:s, mostly because of yet another want instead of need, and stumbled across something I've never seen before.
A 7400, .308, advertised as stainless steel, by a shop that also carries two other second hand 7400:s in their inventory. Priced at €390 with a seriously crappy Tasco scope. No pictures. The shop is fairly reputable, has been in business for a long time and moves lots of used guns all the time.
I'll probably give them a call next monday but I'd like to be armed with some background information. Does one exist as a factory model or are they selling a gun Bubba had nickel plated at some point?
If it's real and this far out of the ordinary, I think I want it just for the sake of it being different.
