Remington model 121

Howdy all,

Got a remington model 121 here in great condition but needed a full dissasembly and clean before putting out on the rack for sale.

I've just got one problem: I can't seem to get the shell stop piece at the end of the magazine tube back in correctly to make it function.

Any tips?

Are you talking about the bent wire spring that fits in the top of the reciever? You can get a schematic for it at (e-gunparts.com) that will show where it fits. Al

Yeah, I've looked at Numrich's schematic and no help. But thanks for the suggestion.

It's a t-shaped milled piece that sits right at the end of the magazine to hold the next cartridge from popping underneath the feed ramp on the trigger assembly.
