Today i went out with a friend who works at remington to just shoot some guns on his range. He can borrow any gun he likes, so he brought a msr(he had it chambered in 300 win mag, didnt bring the .338 lapua barrel 
), and i really enjoyed this rifle. It is crazy accurate( his range only went out to 500 yards so we didnt get to test its true capabilites). For a .300 mag it barely kicked. I just wanted to know if civilians can purchase this rifle( wont happen most likely but just wondering). I hope if we can go shoot again he'll bring the .338 barrel.
