I'll ask this here since it specifically pertains to the shotgun barrel of this delightful little firearm.

Is there a source for replacement choke tubes? My gun has a full choke and I'm interested in going to a tube that would be safe for slugs.

Whilst we're on the topic, anyone else have one of these and if so what kind of luck have you had with slugs or loads other than small shot.

Anyone?

Lets broaden this a bit and hear input about slugs through full chokes?

There is NO problem shooting "foster style" slugs through a full choke (or any other choke) but no one would knows how they will shoot in YOUR gun! You have to try them to know for sure.

I hear mixed reviews on those guns, some are regulated pretty good, some aren't.

With shot the gun seems to be regulated well enough for small game wich is its role for me.

I haven't shot any slugs as of yet because I didn't know if I could.

The 22 barrel is proving to be quite surprisingly accurate

I've gone through eaa and bakail and for whatever reason the 410ga choke tubes seem to be omitted.

But all is not lost. If slugs through a full choke is OK as others have indicated and accuracy is acceptable I wont need a different choke tube.

I bought two boxes of the Winchester 3" slugs to try. Ill report back on my results later.

UPDATE. I got to go out today with a couple loads and get an idea of how the two barrels on this thing are regulated.

Pictured below are two "groups" at 25 yds depicting the difference in POI between Winchester 36g super x 22lr and their super x 3" slug load.

The groups are only about 3" apart and definitely not enough to miss a deer within 410g's slug range.

I did have two Remington 1/5th ounce 2.5" slugs that hit VERY close to the 22lr poi. I'm optimistic that with more load selection I can find a slug that will hit to the sights as set for the 22.

Thanks for the input fellas and being patient for a shotgun newb like myself.
