Renovating the UN building... good time to throw them out?

This has been going on for awhile. The UN expects the USA to pay for the renovations.

the UN membership COSTS us $360 Million per year, plus billions more for other UN activities.

leasing the office space would MAKE us tens of millions per year.

sounds like a case for eminent domain to me!

Yes, let's reposes their office building!

There are so many other places in the world the UN headquarters could be. That building could be sold or leased for tremendous amounts of money, and we need the money, and we don't need the UN.

If you get a chance listen to Trump talk to Congress about the renovations. It is a wonderful listen.

I believe radioblogger has it.

Yes, definitely kick them out. In fact, we need to get out of the UN altogether, and fast. Their whole purpose is to turn our nation into a subsidiary part of a totalitarian/socialist one world government, and they are using our tax dollars to do it. This is not speculation. It's in their own literature, though they use more "acceptable" sounding language to describe their goals. If we pulled out, they'd have a damned hard time funding all that, as we provide the bulk of their funding.

One of the better solutions that I've heard of is to give them the top few floors of the rebuilt WTC. If that were to happen I'm sure that state sponsored terrorism would become a thing of the past in no time.

Excellent idea. Makes way too much sense, though, so it will never happen.

Gimme a couple cans of gasoline and some rags and I will renovate it really nicely.

Let them stay but put plenty of spooks on the contractor's crews to riddle the building with bugs. What's that saying about keeping your enemies close?
