Replacement sights for XDM

I have a Springfield XDM compact 45 ACP 3.8" barrel that I would like to put new sights on. I'm thinking Tritium or Fiber Optic and would like the rear sights to be a different color than the front. Any recommendations?

I don't know enough about the XDM to know if the sight cuts are different than the XD, but Ameriglo has some options for the XD.

Have you used these? I've looked at a lot of different sights researching on the web, I'm hoping for some personal insights from those that find factory sights somewhat lacking. Thank you for the response.
