I have an old Charter Arms Undercover 32 caliber 6 shot revolver.. ( 32 long ) . Charter Arms also made this same gun chambered for 32 h&r Mag . I would like to replace the cylinder on my gun, with a 32 mag cylinder . I was told by other people that the cylinder would fit with no problems, because the two guns are exactly the same. Also the cylinders are the same length & diameter, but just chambered for different calibers. The bullet is the same diameter too. I don't know if the frame opening is the same between the two guns. I've tried to contact Charter Arms about this , and have not gotten a response yet. If anyone out there has any knowledge on these guns , it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks , DONUTMAN :)
