Replacing SA ILS Mainspring Housing

I like to replace the SA ILS mainspring housing for my loaded model and was wondering what weight mainspring should I use to get a lighter trigger pull (23lb, 20lb, 18lb etc. ?).

Stock mainspring weight on a fullsize (I have no idea about the other sizes) is 23Lbs. I've got a 19Lb in my carry gun. Not sure I'd go lower just because of mental "what if" about reliability.
