I just want to make sure i'm correct. I know that when adjusting your sights left or right that FORS is correct. Front sight Opposite of where you want the round to go and Rear sight Same way you want the round to go.

What I want to know is this the same for elevation. If my rifle is shooting high and left with a rear adjustable sight I moved it right to center it but should I know move it lower to bring it level.

Sorry with all the questions but I am now really able to get into rifles and a lot of issues have come up.

Never heard it put that way, but that is exactly right.

[Move the] front sight Opposite of where you want the [point of impact] to go and Rear sight Same way you want the [POI] to go - [from the present point of impact]

Yup, yup.
