Hello,
I am just wondering if anyone here exercises their right to travel or drive without a Drivers License. I have been doing so for a few years and would like to talk to others who have also. If possible reply here or feel free to contact off the board. Thanks.

You have the right to travel.

It's a privilege to drive. I'll assume, without knowing, you don't have insurance either. This places you in a very bad place and shows you're basically irresponsible. Don't you realize the gravity of what would happen if you caused an accident, declared your fault?

Didn't think so. I hope you don't own any guns. :fire:
 
I think we've got a troll here. Probably an anti who wants to equate our 2nd Amendment right with driving.

If that's the case, bluematt, bring up the question fairly and honestly.
 
I think the right to travel works better for crossing states, going cross country, and applies less for going to the store for milk.

I have never driven without a license.

I'd imagine it's just an anti-gun troll trying to prove a point without having the balls to say it openly. That or someone who really believes they have the right to drive - I apologize, Matt, if you're the second type. You only have to be licensed to drive a car on public land - roads. You have to be licensed to carry in a public place. You don't have to have (or shouldn't, at least) a license to either own a gun or own a car. Sometimes situations require that we do not follow laws because of more important things. Sometimes you go through some really crappy neighborhoods, you don't have a CHL. Well, maybe carrying is better than obeying the law if it will save your life. Perhaps someone is in trouble and needs driven to a hopital. Screw it if you've got a license or not, drive that person to the hospital.
