I have a Rossi Tuffy 18.5" .410 break action shotgun in OD Green and I really like it. Here are some of the keypoints that I like about it.
1: Perfect camp/truck gun because of its light weight, size, simple manual of arms, durable material, cheap cost, and it holds 8 spare shells in the stock.
2: Ejects shells when the chamber is opened, which is both a convivence, and fun.
3: Is chambered for 3" shells so if you want to be serious with it you can. It is a single shot youth model, but with the right load out that single shot should do the task.
4: Very pointable, which helps aiming with the bead.
5: Its shade of olive drab also happens to match the Gerber knife, and compass my father got me so it all looks like a sharp kit that belongs together.
AS far as I am concerned the model only has one con, and that is its recoil. Because the unit is so light without a rubber butt pad it delivers a sharp jolt to the shoulder that would be discouraging to the small framed users the designers of the gun had in mind. However with a simple rubber pad that recoil is tamed.
I do believe it is a modified choke.
