Hey all, thinking another 1911 is my last purchase to complete my little collection for a while and am wondering how folks' Ruger CMDs are doing.
I had an SR 1911 5" previously, and never had any problems with it. Read some mixed reviews on the CMD although being a new model for Ruger, I guess that's to be expected.
Local shop has a CMD as a display model that isn't for sale but I really like the 4.25 commander size better than the standard gov't.
Any opinions appreciated, not in a rush on this purchase unless one happens to come in tomorrow, then I might just have to do it.
