Sights for Ruger CMD

Thinking about putting TruGlo TFO tritium/fiber optic sights on a CMD. I've gotten fond of the bright red dot of a straight fiber optic, on my match gun, but it's not ideal in really low light. I had Trijicons on my last defensive pistol, but while they were nice in the dark, they didn't help much in the day. I'm hoping hybrids will do both.

People have any experience with TFOs? Anything funny about the dovetails on the CMD?

I had TFOs on my old carry gun - glock 27 and they really stand during the day. Think the CMD uses a standard Novak rear sight so swapping sights should be easy.

I had TFOs on a XD45 Tactical. Really liked them.
