Deals like this exist. I bought a BSA 7MM Magnum with Nikon 3X9 scope and 18 rounds of ammunition for $120.00 and two Mossberg M151 (a) for $20.00 a piece. It happens. The last was a Ruger SR 22 with box and two magazines for $130.00. The seller was an a man I knew and I told him it was too cheap. He said he just wanted to get rid of it because his Wife wouldn't give him the money to buy ammunition.;

I think based on many experiences here, Ruger takes care of issues without a warranty.

This buyer should feel safe concerning this, enjoy his new gun, and naysayers be ignored.

If you did not purchase brand new then its second hand without a warranty. In any event its a nice gun.

Ruger explicitly does not warranty any of their guns.

They'll typically fix any gun regardless of if you filed out the little product registration card when you bought it new, or if you found it in the woods missing parts.
