Just a quick shout out for Ruger.
I returned my Super Blackhawk .44mag to for a broken firing pin. The revolver is 20 years old. Ruger did not offer to pay shipping so I sent it back through my LGS.
2-1/2 weeks later I received my revolver back in like new condition.
New FP, FP spring, FP retaining plate, and range tested!!
It cost me a total of $25.00 (for shipping in) and the repairs were N/C!
Ruger also buffed the frame when they fit the FP plate and retaining pin. It really looks like new and the retaining plate has a seamless fit to the breechface, unlike the old one which had seen many, many magnum loads.
Can't say enough about Ruger's CS!
