On 12/31 I purchased a ruger 10/22 target lite to shoot rimfire challenge. On 1/1/23 I unwrapped it to install the sight base and noted a 1&1/2 in crack at the nose of the fore end. I took pictures and sent them via email to Ruger's customer service. At 10:47AM on 1/2/23 I received an email from Ruger that a new stock was being sent out to me. Now that is customer service!!!!
