Ruger LC9 in a Pocket

Very nice. Even better than looking like a wallet, it looks like a guy standing there. Most people are so blamed oblivious, you could carry a rubber chicken around and no one would notice. Nice rig.

BTW, I've always thought the CT lasers were a bit of an eye-sore. Especially the ones on Glock grips. The Laserguard model like you have on yours improves that. But the Laserguard they designed for the LC9 is the handsomest one they make. Looks like it's built into the gun.

Barnes Bullets, all copper, in CorBon DPX

I just like that Barnes design.

Awesome. I think an LC9 or maybe Taurus 709 Slim will be my next buy. Did you handle the Taurus by any chance, before buying the LC9? I have held the LC9 a couple times and like the look, feel, and trigger, but haven't seen a Slim anywhere.

I can pocket my LCP pretty easily but I think an LC9 might be too big. Probably IWB for me.

Yes, I bought a 709 but sold it. I really prefer the LC9.

Relaxed fit jeans hide an LC9 well, as do casual slacks.

Spandex...not so much.:D

Ha. Spandex....not so much, but work slacks are the real trouble. I am a pretty skinny guy anyway so the bulge is very noticeable but glad to hear you liked the LC9. Thanks!

Thank you very much for the pics! I was just given the same pistol as a gift from my wife, and I hoped it would hide as easily as my 340m&p in the front pocket.

I am used to DA triggers, so shooting it is very natural, and I group better and faster with it than my revolver.

I did have several FTE initially with cheap ammo, but after 150 rounds has been fine with Georgia Arms ammo for the next 100. I sure hope it stays reliable, because I'm itching to start it as my EDC.

I carry a Walther PP or a PA-63 in a DeSantis holster. That's what it looks like too when I am carrying. It has made me (as a relatively new CCW carrier - 6 months) much more comfortable. I never worry about being made.

Its in your back pocket correct? I go back and forth between front and back pockets. Its easier to draw from the front pocket, but looks much bulkier.

My only caveat with carrying in a jeans pocket is the difficulty in quick presentation. It's slow to access in jeans.

check out talontraininggroup.com an look at there wallet holsters. i have one for my keltec an love it..

What jeans are those? I use an Uncle Mikes #4 holster, and the butt of my LC9 is almost exposed at the top of the pocket with my Wrangler 13MWZ jeans.

I wish my pockets were as deep as my family seems to think they are...
