Ruger LCP Service

Just a quick positive note for Ruger. I have a 2 year old, 500 rounds+, LCP with a CT. I went to clean it and discovered my take down pin head was sheared off. I called Ruger, they emailed me a free mailer. Once I put it into the right size box it was amazingly easy. I took it to UPS and the guy said I was done the instant he saw the mailing label. It took a total of 7 days turn around. That was pretty impressive. I do worry a bit about that take down pin breaking, but even if and when it does, it does not impact shooting the firearm. This is the first time I have sent a firearm back to any manufacturer. Ruger did very well.

Ruger's service is fantastic. Had to send my LC9 in for an issue. Ruger paid for shipping both ways and had it back in my hands in less than 2 weeks. Haven't had a problem with the LC9 ever since.
