I prefer the decock version. I'm quite used to it on the P90. I have a decock safety on my P85, but I got it used cheap. I hardly ever carry it, so not a real problem. My preference would be a KP95DC, stainless with decocker only. My P90 is a KP90DC. I got nothin' against DAO, especially in a pocket pistol, just like the DA decockers in a larger frame gun. If the trigger is good, excellent on the P90, the transition from DA to SA is hardly noticeable to me. That's one reason I carry it in preference to my P85, the trigger is just so much better. It's got half the capacity, but, much as with the old TV show, 8 is enough.
My P95's trigger was better than the P85, but not up to the P90. It was not hard to shoot well, though. I shot it in some IDPA before getting the P85 and selling it. I have shot the P90 a lot in competition, but I reload the tapered double stack mags a lot more smoothly in games like IDPA. I was always hangin' the danged mag on that P90 costing me time. The double stack magazines go in a lot smoother. My P90 is a more accurate gun, but in IDPA, the P95 and P85 are accurate enough. It's not a bullseye demanding sport where accuracy is concerned.
