Recently, I picked up a 4" Ruger Police Service Six for concealed carry. In it's current configuration, I will either leave the slim factory grips in place and slap on a Tyler-T Grip, or I may order these no-finger groove walnut stocks from CDNN:

I can't tell from the picture, but do these grips fit the newer Six Series with the modified grip frame? My S/N prefix is "160", produced in 1985. I've written CDNN, but haven't heard from them.

Again, these grips are going on a gun to be carried IWB. From the looks of these grips, I don't think I'd want to go much bigger (Hogues appear to be pretty massive, plus they have finger grooves which I generally dislike).

Yes. The problem comes in with the first 3 years of production 150 series hump back frames.

My Security Six (160-) has those on it. Mine are from the factory though. Man I love to shoot that thing. Mine sees a steady diet of 158 and 180 full power for as long as I've owned it. I traded 2 SKSs for it back in 91. It was either the Ruger or a Colt Cobra. Both were the 2 something barrel. Still glad I got the Ruger.
