Ruger values

I recently had a friend offer to sell me his collection of Ruger revolvers. All are in like new condition with some unfired. Unfortunately, I have no knowledge of their value. Included are:

Ruger Speed Six 9mm blue in box w/papers s/n 158-18xxx
Ruger Hawkeye Win.256Mag blue s/n 2xxx
Ruger Bearcat .22 blue in box s/n 91-49xxx
Ruger Blackhawk New Model .41 mag blue s/n 411xxxx, never fired
Ruger Blackhawk New Model .357 mag 200yr Anniversary, blue s/n 33 33xxx
Ruger Single Six .32 H&R mag blue s/n 650-05xxx never fired
Ruger Blackhawk New Model .357 MAXIMUM blue s/n 600-09xxx
Ruger Super Blackhawk .44 mag blue s/n 82-07xxx

Would anyone know the value or where I might look?

That's a rare and highly desired bird. I'd say you're close to $500 or more on that. This one went for nearly $500 with very active bidding. Probably started too low.

$350 range, maybe higher since it's mint. I suspect value will be going up on these. They do make excellent platforms for custom work.

Maybe $350 to $400. You're talking about the Liberty Year, right? Those seem to be getting some boost at auction.

These seem to be commanding a good chunk of change since they were discontinued. Maybe over $450 or more if it's mint, but probably a slow seller.

Around $350 to $400 mint, more if it has the shorter barrel.

Cosmoline, I think your price for the 357 max is low. For that price, I'd buy two. Kinda hope you're right come to think of it .

Yes the maximum price was low, 32mags with adj sights are a bit collectible, 9mm Ruger revolvers are becoming desireable, but like the 32mag, will have to find someone who cares, will be easy to do on an auction site.

May want to check out a book called Ruger and His Guns. Variations and markings and barrel lengths can and do matter. I lucked on to most of my rarer Rugers w/o knowing what In really had at the time like my 41mag Redhawk and my 32mag single six.

Cosmolines prices are in the ballpark (where I live at least) except for the 357 maximum. I've seen 4 of those in the last couple years, none went for under 500.

Ruger did indeed recall the Maximum, but not because it was a bad gun.

Too many people were loading 125gr JHPs doing over 1,800fps or more. The gun would hold up, but topstrap erosion was really wild.

The gun needs to eat 158gr or heavier loads.

Don't ever send a Max to Ruger. They will simply confiscate it and offer you something out of the standard catalog worth much less.

It also makes a rockin' wildcat platform...but the value will be highest in stock form unless it's an EARLY Linebaugh modded critter with documentation.
